Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) is excited to welcome four new teachers for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Kellie Flett, Jodi Trapp, Jadeyn Lunn, and Bryce Bogdanek, all recipients of the Division’s Teacher Bursary Program, will begin their teaching careers this fall.

As part of PWPSD’s Teacher Bursary Program, successful applicants sign a two-year Return of Service Agreement with the Division. Kellie Flett, Jodi Trapp, Jadeyn Lunn, and Bryce Bogdanek, all who are 2026 university graduates, will begin their teaching careers at Helen E. Taylor School, Eaglesham School, Beaverlodge Regional High School, and Hythe Regional School respectively.

The PWPSD Teacher Bursary Program is an annual program hosted by the Division. Applications are accepted between December and February, and award recipients are chosen by a selection committee in the spring. This year’s bursary recipients will be announced at a later date.
