Students across Alberta will return to classrooms for the 2020-21 school year under Scenario 1

On July 21, 2020, the province announced that students across Alberta will return to classrooms for the 2020-21 school year under Scenario 1: In-class learning with enhanced health and safety measures. Read the full media release from the Government of Alberta here.

The province has also updated their K-12 School Re-entry webpage to include the self-screening tool that we shared with parents in our update on July 2, along with a new parent guide and videos, and what steps will be taken if there is a case of COVID-19 at a school.
